"Chevrolet Service News: 1955" If you've got the factory shop manual for your Chevrolet, you've only got half the story – this set has repair instructions that mechanics found that they needed after the shop manual was printed, and mid-year changes that aren't accounted for in the shop manual. This is a quality reprint set of the service bulletins printed by Chevrolet to help update mechanics at the dealer on how to repair cars and trucks. You will find step-by-step illustrated instructions for repair. The booklets measure 8.5" x 11" with 11 issues included (one issue is bi-monthly), and are in new condition. Each issue is folded or stapled like the originals. Covers all 1955 Chevy cars and trucks including: One-Fifty 150, Two-Ten 210, Bel Air, and sedan delivery, Station Wagons like the new for 55 Nomad, all 2nd Series 1955 Chevrolet trucks, including pickup, panel, platform, suburban, light, medium and heavy duty truck Models including ½-ton, ¾-ton, 1-ton, 1 ½-ton, and 2-ton. First Series 1955 trucks are similar to 1954 models - fenders are at a lower level than the hood; the top of the fenders of second series 1955 models are level with the top of the hood (most 1955 trucks are second series) - if you have a 1955 first series truck, you would find the 1954 Service News more helpful than the 1955. There are few references to Corvettes, although many of the mechanical items apply both to cars and Corvettes. Buy now to own this hard-to-find factory repair information.
