This is a rare original sales brochure for the 1960's Amphicar. This brochure showcases how the Amphicar could transform itself from a car into a boat, made so that you could drive straight off the road and into the water then cruise at 10-12 mph with it's twin propellers. This great piece of literature is highlighted by its colorful cover which shows the machine as a boat then folds open to show it as a car. On the back of the flaps there are black and white pictures and descriptions. The next page will reveal still more black and white pictures along with captions regarding key features of the car. On the last page you will find a list of specifications and equipment for key systems and parts. Since the Amphicar was built in limited numbers, these brochures are hard to come by.
