This reprinted manual gives you assembly illustrations down to the last nut, bolt and screw. It shows exploded views parts the RV and includes part group numbers. Use this manual to help you disassemble or reassemble parts of your RV, and or to help identify parts that may be missing or incorrect. Sometimes you also get lists of materials with part numbers. There are plenty of illustrations showing the layout of furnishing and appliances as well as their electrical and plumbing hookups, but the book does not explain the installation of upholstery or interior materials. About two thirds of the book is a collection of engineering drawings showing details of wiring and plumbing routing and one third has manuals for systems within the motorhome:
- Operations and service manual for the power gear slide out system. Includes illustrations of parts with parts numbers. You get a description of how to replace components of the slide out. You also get troubleshooting instructions, as well as instructions on how to perform a manual override.
- Operator manual for 4-leg manual hydraulic lever system. Includes illustrations, part numbers, wiring diagram, and a 12-page troubleshooting list
- Thermostat operating instructions
- Mor/ryde Smart/ryde tag axle suspension owner's manual: schematic/parts breakdown of suspension and brake booster, hydraulic tag axle brake description, and preventive maintenance schedule.
- Guide to patching a fiberglass part (15 pages)
- List of paint colors with color names (no images of colors) along with the models the colors apply to
- LPG plumbing system and heat duct routing
- Plumbing - water plumbing, flush out system, drains, hot/cold system, exterior shower, holding tanks
- Electrical wiring - slideout options, video, lights, roof, subfloor, fantastic fan, 12V/120V system, washer/dryer, power mirrors, instruments, air conditioning, entry step, trailer wiring
There are exploded views and illustrations on just about every page, with wiring diagrams, torque specifications, and handwritten revision records. Like all assembly manuals, this is reproduced from a book made for use inside the factory, and never intended for the public. It is not indexed. Go on and tear that RV apart! This book will help you put it back together.
