It includes many makes that other books, particularly the Standard Catalog of Imported Cars, do not cover. The number of photographs is excellent and the historical text is distributed throughout the production run for easy reference. There is even an English to "foreign language" conversion table to enable Americans to understand the copiously detailed specification lists. It is a great reference work for those of us who remember when America imported a large number of these makes, prior to the advent of safety standards, and for those of us who enjoy those wonderful British TV period pieces set in the early and mid twentieth century.
