The book is exactly what it says it is. Don't expect any text that goes into the science or techniques of demolition, this book is strictly about the equipment.
Being from 1996 the book touches on the then recent development of the long armed or high excavators with shear attachments. Currently this is one of the most prominent pieces of demolition equipment but was only in its very early stages when this book was published.
