The author did a masterful job in researching the intriguing cars and corporate leaders that made Hupmobile a truly "good car."
There is so much fascinating (a nearly overwhelming amount of) information in the book that it will take several reads to begin to understand it all. The car photos and scans of original news articles are very interesting, as are the accounts of the endurance races in which the cars competed. The interior shots of the cars as well as rare photos of early enclosed Hupmobiles (check out the Model 32 coupes!) are especially exciting.
