The story of Adrian Reynard and his team at Reynard Racing, whose remarkably successful cars have won more than 150 championships, from Formula Ford to Indy Cars. Well illustrated.

This text tells the story of a British production racing car factory which succeeded in the highly competitive and precarious motorsport industry. It was started 23 years ago by engineering student Adrian Reynard, who built his own racing car because he could not afford to buy one. The company went onto become a significant manufacturer at the leading edge of race car design, with more than 150 championships to its name, including the Indianapolis 500, won at the first attempt in 1995. Based in Oxfordshire, Renaud has used drivers such as Michael Schumacher and Jacques Villeneuve and accounts for an important slice of British racing car history.
