Pictorial Dealer Album -- You will find out the dealer's "inside information" that is far more detailed than a sales brochure. You'll see images and details of 1949 styling and features. Some pages focus on specific features like engine, chassis, body, suspension, steering, brakes, etc. Other pages focus on specific body styles, showing an exterior illustration. Also includes basic specifications. Mostly three tone, with a few full color pages. You'll see 6 pages showing pictures of accessories such as vanity visor, safetylight, heater, illuminated cigarette lighter, clocks, locking gas cap, etc. Many of the pages fold out, or have pull tabs or levers to demonstrate features.
Color and upholstery -- examples of the paint and upholstery. Each dealership usually had only one or two copies of this valuable book, so these albums are much rarer than most other types of literature. However, they are often the only source for hard-to-find upholstery swatches - these are actual swatches, along with paint samples.
